Who you’re buying from

These terms cover EzraGallery Studio’s online mockup service, based in the United States. “We” and “Studio” refer to that business. You must be at least 18 and entitled to enter into this agreement.

What Studio provides

Upload JPG or PNG artwork, preview prepared scenes and request a finished PNG or JPG. The product is an electronically delivered finished image. No PSD, editable smart object, physical frame, print or other physical medium is supplied.

Artwork automatically fills the opening while keeping its proportions. Edges can be cropped, especially when artwork and opening ratios differ or the opening is round. Review the preview and resolution warning before buying. Each scene retains its prepared perspective, masks and supported original shadows, reflections and blur.

Exports reach the scene’s available native size, up to 4096 × 4096 on supported scenes. A larger export cannot restore detail absent from a small original. Processing time depends on the scene, connection and service availability; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

Your artwork and usage license

You retain your rights in the artwork you upload. You give us only the permission needed to process it, show previews, create your requested files and deliver the service. You must own it or have permission for these uses, including any depicted people, brands or other protected material.

Finished images may be used personally and commercially to present your artwork in shop listings, websites, social media, advertising and client presentations. You may supply finished images to clients for those purposes. This non-exclusive license applies to free and paid downloads, requires no attribution, and continues for lawfully obtained images after membership ends or a free scene rotates out.

EzraGallery retains rights in its scenes, source files and prepared layers. Do not extract, redistribute or sell templates or layers, offer the scene itself as stock imagery, or use it to build a competing mockup/template library. Membership covers your own work and work you create for clients; it is not an account-sharing or automated bulk-redistribution license.

Sample artwork is provided to try the workflow. It is not sold as an exclusive artwork or a standalone resale asset. Do not present the surrounding props as physical items included in your own product unless they actually are.

Free scenes and pay as you go

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is disclosed in the checkout total before payment.

• Five free scenes: unlimited downloads from the five marked free variants for that month. The selection changes at 00:00 UTC on the first of each month. With-mat and full-frame versions count as separate variants.
• $2 for one finished image: covers the exact artwork files and scene version, including every available export preset, crop position and PNG or JPG format within the original 24-hour retrieval window. Changing the artwork or scene creates a different image. A failed rendering attempt can be retried with the same inputs without buying again.
• Purchases with multiple scenes: one artwork in up to five paid scenes, with each scene’s artwork slots and automatic centered placement fixed when added. Quantity discounts apply automatically; see the current prices for 1–5 images. The exact total is shown before payment. Existing paid purchases retain their original checkout price. Your chosen PNG or JPG format applies to the whole set; each image uses its selected preset and crop, limited by the scene’s original pixels. The purchase includes individual files and one zip, with a 24-hour retrieval window from the first finished image for the zip. Failed items can be retried with checksum-matching original artwork without another charge while the set is available; completed images remain downloadable. Free-selection scenes download separately, and membership downloads are unchanged.
• 24-hour delivery window: after a successful cloud render, you can retrieve the file and make other presets of the same artwork and scene for the original 24 hours. A new preset does not restart this window. Preparing another preset requires the checksum-matching original artwork again after temporary uploads have been deleted. Finished images created while signed in are also saved privately in My downloads until you remove them or request account deletion. You can retrieve those saved files later without another purchase, even after membership ends or a free scene rotates out. This does not extend the window for creating additional presets. Guest files and ZIP bundles keep the 24-hour limit. Previously expired files cannot be restored. Keep your own copy too.

Membership and cancellation

Membership requires an account verified by email or Google so we can recognize your access when you return. Individual $2 image purchases do not require a Studio account. For guest purchases, keep your original Studio tab open until your file downloads; Stripe emails payment receipts when enabled, not the artwork file. If you lose access, contact support with your receipt so we can help verify the purchase.

Studio Membership costs $10 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. It includes every available scene and unlimited finished-image downloads while active, with one cloud render at a time per account. There is no fixed monthly image quota.

Cancel through My account → Manage subscription before your next renewal. Normal cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. If the portal is unavailable, email billing@ezra-gallery.com for help. Deleting browser artwork or closing the page does not cancel a subscription.

Failed or unpaid renewals do not provide new paid downloads. Refunded or disputed payments can remove their associated access. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a past period; the refund and statutory-rights provisions below still apply. Any future recurring-price change will be notified in advance with an opportunity to cancel.

Problems, refunds and your rights

If an image cannot be delivered, has a rendering fault or you see a duplicate charge, email billing@ezra-gallery.com with the scene and receipt reference. We will investigate and provide a correction, replacement or refund as appropriate. A failed render does not require paying for the same image again. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Keep your original artwork and check the preview before paying. Our support process does not limit legal remedies for a faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital product.

Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Depending on your location and purchase, you may have a cooling-off or withdrawal right, including a 14-day period under applicable EU or UK rules. This version of Studio does not ask you to waive such rights merely by downloading an image. To withdraw where that right applies, send a clear statement such as “I withdraw from my purchase” with your name, purchase date and receipt reference to our email or mailing address. No particular form is required.

Refunds due will be handled through the original payment method where possible and within the applicable legal timeframe. These terms do not replace any more protective law that applies to you.

Using Studio responsibly

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, bypass payment or access controls, probe other customers’ files, scrape protected source assets, or deliberately disrupt the service. Keep your sign-in account secure. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks and provide an explanation and a way to contact us where reasonably possible.

We may maintain, update or withdraw a scene when necessary, including for rights or quality problems. This does not revoke the license for images already lawfully downloaded. If a change prevents delivery of a paid image, the remedies above apply.

Availability and legal protections

We take reasonable care in providing Studio but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, a particular sales result for your artwork or perfect color matching across every screen and printer. Save your downloads and retain your originals.

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect business losses outside what could reasonably be foreseen from a service failure. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Privacy and changes

The privacy notice explains temporary cloud processing, retention, providers and your choices. Requesting a cloud download requires processing the selected artwork to fulfill it; it does not authorize marketing or AI training.

This is policy version 2026-09-19-downloads. We will give appropriate notice of material changes, including those affecting recurring payments. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase. Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@ezra-gallery.com.
